Donald Nelson is a Family Practitioner and Director of Medical Informatics with Cedar Rapids Medical Education Foundation in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Dr. Nelson started using Logician 4.6 in 1999, and has technical experience with modifying the COSTAR system and its PROMPT reminder system. He has also programmed in 8080 Assembler, BASIC, M, and Delphi. Hobbies and interests include electronics, balloon sculpture and Gospel magic.
