This Immunization report updates the current Immunization report that is shipped with all Logician 5 versions. This report is printed from a patient chart in Logician by clicking the print button, opening the clinical lists folder and selecting Immunization report. This report was designed to show the dates and types of immunizations received by each patient to satisfy state and local immunization documentation requirements. The report has been updated from the original to include all series the new vaccination Prevnar, as well as additional immunization series observation terms added since Logician 5.1. There is a readme.txt file included in the zip file with instructions on how to install this report, and also a complete list of updates.
