You must have JavaScript enabled to download KnowledgeBank files. Use the following instructions to enable JavaScript.

Once you've enabled JavaScript, click Back and try again. If you continue to receive this page, your configuration is still not correct. If you need assistance, follow the instructions on our Help page.

1. Under the Tools menu, select Internet Options, click Security, and click the Custom Level button.
2. Under the Scripting category and Active Scripting subcategory, click the Enable button.
3. Click OK.

3. Under the Scripting category, choose the Enable button.
4. Click OK.

1. Under the Edit menu, select Preferences.
2. Under the Web Content category, look at Enhancements. Make sure the Scripting box is checked.
3. Click OK.

2. Preferences that are enabled will be checked. Make sure the JavaScript box is checked.
3. Click OK.
