Please submit content files to KnowledgeBank in a zipped or compressed format. This keeps them from becoming corrupted. (You can use a program called WINZIP or PKZIP to do this.)

Put all of the necessary item files in this zipped file, including:

• The files specified below that pertain to your content
• A completed Biography Template (download [20KB])

Then, email the zipped file as an attachment to knowledgebank@med.ge.com.

Once we receive your file, we'll send you a confirmation email within three business days.
 

Encounter forms or form components

Include files with these file extensions

.fd   form description file for the Encounter Form Editor (EFE)
.fs   form source file for the EFE

Also, include any custom flowsheet views, or problem or medication lists referenced in the form. For more information on the file types created by the EFE, please see Creating Encounter Forms in the Logician manual, Release 2, page 73.

Use Logician to export a clinical kit containing your Note Template or Note Component.

Use Logician to export a clinical kit containing your custom list, flowsheet view, protocol, or other exportable content.
